I couldnt make Google Chrome work on my office machine. Turns out, its due to Symantic installed on all office machines.
Little googleing and I found a solution here - http://tech.wowkhmer.com/post/2008/10/24/Fix-Google-Chrome-e28093-Ah-Snap!-Something-went-wrong-while-displaying-this-webpage.aspx
There are 2 solutions suggested; I would prefer using the 1st one - dont want to mess with the office machine anti-virus setup...
"
Right click on the Chrome’s shortcut and select property and add “--no-sandbox” without quotes to the end of Target.
"
Thanks to whoever took the trouble to find a solution!
